La Voie Régordane); from Nasbinals to Avignon (GR © 63, and Chemin Urbain V) and from Beaucaire to Meyrueis (GR © 6,) intersect or complement each other. The House of the Gorges du Gardon has a small very educational museum allowing everyone to discover all the riches of this incomparable place, recently classified as a Biosphere Reserve as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Departing from Russan, a hamlet in the commune of Sainte -Anastasie, you can visit Uzès 12 km away with its ducal castle, its Fenestrelle Tower or the Place aux herbes with its Provencal market. Nîmes la romaine is also nearby (15 km) with the Maison Carrée and the arenas, Roman buildings in a perfect state of conservation. The gardens of the Fountain, the Magne tower and the Romanesque museum will complete your visit before entering the heart of old Nîmes with its many private mansions that are sometimes well hidden but ready to welcome you.
